Staci joined the firm in 2026 and brings over 23 years of experience in the legal field. She began her career as a paralegal specializing in workers’ comp and personal injury law after earning her Paralegal Certificate from Edmonds Community College.
Staci now serves as the Office Manager, where she brings extensive legal knowledge and operational expertise to the day-to-day management of the firm. Her background as a paralegal gives her a strong understanding of both legal practice and client needs, helping ensure the firm operates efficiently, smoothly, and with care.
Outside of work, Staci enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
Matt Lindsey

Matt joined the firm in January 2022. He has a degree in finance from the University of Washington. Prior to joining WLHR, he worked on a team focused on tax credit acquisition and rehabilitation. During his free time, Matt enjoys playing golf and hiking.
Rena Borg

Rena Borg joined the firm in May 2016. She graduated from Stephens College with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater Arts in 2009 and moved to Seattle in 2012. In her spare time, she’s behind the scenes as a stage manager for a local theater around Seattle. As a receptionist, Rena provides all-around support to the entire team.
Kaila Lang

Kaila joined the firm in September 2025. She is currently pursuing a B.A. in both Political Science and Psychology at the University of Washington, where she is expected to graduate in 2027. In her free time, you’ll find Kaila tending to her jungle of house plants and exploring new hobbies.
